01 - In a medium bowl or large jar, combine oats, milk, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated and the mixture is uniform.
02 - Cover the container and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. This allows the oats to soften and fully absorb the liquid for optimal texture.
03 - In the morning, stir the oats well. If the mixture appears too thick, add a splash of milk to reach your desired consistency.
04 - Divide the oat mixture evenly between two bowls or jars. Top with fresh berries, sliced banana, chopped nuts, and chia or flaxseeds as desired. Serve chilled.
