- In the crockpot, whisk together the soy sauce, chicken broth, hoisin sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
- Add the chicken pieces to the sauce and toss thoroughly to ensure even coating.
- Arrange the carrots, bell pepper, mushrooms, and most of the green onions over the chicken. Reserve the snow peas and a handful of green onions for the final stage.
- Cover and cook on LOW setting for 3 1/2 hours until chicken is tender and vegetables have softened.
- Stir in the snow peas and continue cooking for the remaining time.
- Meanwhile, cook the lo mein noodles or spaghetti according to package directions until al dente. Drain well.
- Add the cooked noodles and reserved green onions to the crockpot. Gently toss to distribute ingredients evenly and coat with sauce.
- Cover and let sit on WARM setting for 15–20 minutes, allowing flavors to meld and noodles to absorb the sauce.
- Serve hot, generously garnished with toasted sesame seeds and additional sliced green onions.
