# How-To Steps:

01 - Combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Mix until smooth and thoroughly blended.
02 - Place a tortilla on a clean work surface. Spread one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface.
03 - Distribute one-quarter each of spinach, salami, ham, pepperoni, provolone, and roasted red pepper slices over the cream cheese layer.
04 - Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a compact log shape.
05 - Repeat the spreading, layering, and rolling process with the remaining three tortillas and fillings.
06 - Wrap each tortilla log securely in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
07 - Unwrap the chilled rolls. Using a sharp knife, cut each roll into 6 even pinwheel slices.
08 - Arrange pinwheels on a serving platter. Sprinkle with chopped basil or parsley if desired. Serve chilled.

# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The cream cheese base keeps everything wrapped together in each bite, no runaway ingredients
  • They actually taste better after sitting in the fridge, making them perfect party prep
02 -
  • Skip the chill step and your pinwheels will smoosh instead of slice cleanly
  • Use your sharpest knife and a gentle sawing motion to keep the layers intact
03 -
  • Pat those roasted peppers dry with paper towels or you will end up with soggy centers
  • Rotate your knife between rolls instead of pressing down to keep the circular shape intact
