# What You'll Need:

01 - 10 oz ground beef
02 - 1 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tsp ground cumin
04 - 1 tsp chili powder
05 - 1/2 tsp paprika
06 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Chips & Cheese

09 - 7 oz tortilla chips (choose gluten-free if needed)
10 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

→ Toppings

12 - 1 large tomato, diced
13 - 1/2 red onion, finely chopped
14 - 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)
15 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives
16 - 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
17 - 1 ripe avocado, diced
18 - 1/2 cup sour cream

# How-To Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Cook for 5–7 minutes, breaking up the meat, until browned.
03 - Stir in cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat.
04 - On a large oven-safe platter or baking sheet, evenly spread out the tortilla chips.
05 - Top chips with the cooked beef, then sprinkle both cheeses evenly over the top.
06 - Bake for 7–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Remove from the oven. Scatter tomato, red onion, jalapeño (if using), black olives, cilantro, and avocado over the hot nachos.
08 - Finish with dollops of sour cream. Serve immediately.
