03 - Dip each pretzel rod two-thirds of the way into melted white chocolate, turning gently to coat. Tap off excess and arrange on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - In separate microwave-safe bowls, melt the red and blue candy melts using the same method as for the white chocolate.
05 - Use a spoon or piping bag to drizzle red and blue melted candy over the white chocolate portion of each pretzel to create decorative stripes.
