Strawberry Coconut Cooler (Printable)

Chilled strawberries and coconut milk blended with lime and ice for a frothy, fruity summer refresher.

# What You'll Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
02 - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

→ Liquids

03 - 1 cup chilled coconut milk
04 - 1/2 cup chilled coconut water
05 - 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey, optional

→ Ice & Garnish

06 - 1 cup ice cubes
07 - Strawberry slices, for garnish
08 - Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

# How-To Steps:

01 - Place strawberries, lime juice, coconut milk, coconut water, and agave syrup or honey in a blender.
02 - Blend the mixture until completely smooth and uniform.
03 - Add ice cubes to the blender and blend again until the ice is fully crushed and the drink is frothy.
04 - Taste and, if desired, add more agave syrup or honey to reach preferred sweetness.
05 - Pour the cooler into chilled glasses.
06 - Garnish with strawberry slices and fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
