01 - Wash all fresh fruits thoroughly. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and chop the kiwi, and slice the banana into thin rounds. Keep the blueberries whole.
02 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each parfait glass or serving bowl, spreading it evenly.
03 - Pour approximately 1/2 tablespoon of honey over the yogurt base layer, allowing it to spread naturally.
04 - Arrange a mix of sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi pieces, and banana slices over the honey-drizzled yogurt.
05 - Add another generous spoonful of yogurt over the fruit, followed by another drizzle of honey. Repeat alternating layers of yogurt, honey, and mixed fruit until all ingredients are used.
06 - Crown the final layer with remaining fruit pieces. Sprinkle with granola or toasted nuts if desired, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
07 - Serve immediately to preserve the crunch of the granola and toppings, or refrigerate for 20 minutes for a softer, more set consistency.
